Parks & Recreation provides many benefits to the community. Our programs provide places for health and well-being that are accessible by persons of all ages and abilities. We have a multitude of exciting programs for all ages…..whether you are looking for karate, yoga, pickleball or dance we have something for everyone.
Everyone and anyone can participate in any of South Shore Parks & Rec programs & activities with a Rec Membership. All Parks & Rec programs; any extra-curricular youth sports outside of school taking place at the Recreation Centre (School); and any fitness classes taking place at the Rec Centre also require a Rec Membership.
Rec Memberships are:
(family is defined as 3-6 immediate family members living in the same household)
Memberships run from:
September 1st of current year to
August 31st of the next year
Waiver must be signed when Membership is purchased

Adult Pickleball – Drop in Program (Rec Membership Required)
Yoga – Register at Yoga Class
Yoga on Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings will resume
in December with new yoga instructor Kaylee Woolhether; and
Thursday mornings will continue with Ann Saleski.
After School Club – Registration for 2018/2019 closed
