Slow Flow Yoga ~ Saturdays with Kaylee Woolhether ~
This is a slower paced flow class synching breath with movement to help calm the nervous system and gently warm up the body. Experience a balancing of the body and mind as you explore flows and poses at your own pace. Join us on a journey back to self as we play with free flowing movements designed to get you in touch with your body. Leave with a sense of calm; prepared and energized for your day! This class is beginner friendly and open to all experience levels.

Your safety and our safety is important to us.
Guidelines to ensure everyone stays safe & comfortable while attending South Shore Yoga program.

Participants must use hand sanitizer upon entering & exiting
No congregating or close contact before or after classes.
Participants are encouraged to attend class & exit the facility with our unnecessary delay.
Participants & staff who are sick or symptomatic (fever, cough or difficulty breathing) must stay home.
Self-monitoring of personal health is a must.
Door will open only 10 minutes before class.
A physical distance of 3 metres between mats must be maintained.
Registration online is required before attending class.
The number of participants allowed in the studio at one time will be limited to 8 plus instructor.
Drop-ins and punch passes are discontinued until further notice.
Sign in sheet will be handled by the instructor only.
Participants should bring their own equipment.
Extra sanitization of high touch ares will take place.
Masks must be worn at all times, including during class.
