Annual Lake Swim

The Regina Beach Lake Swim has been a tradition since the 1920s. Particpants of all ages still follow tradition and swim from across the lake to the main pier shore area. Upon completion, each participant will receive a souvenir for participating in the swim. Each swimmer also receives a complimentary swim cap that must be worn during the swim.

Volunteer boaters transport swimmers across the lake and spot swimmers on the way back. If there isn't a sufficient amount of volunteers the lake swim will be cancelled due to safety.

Due to COVID-19 a number of changes to programming and events have occured and have been implemented. Some recreational programs may proceed if physical distancing is possible and if an alternative facility can be utilized.
