Last Mountain Lake

Last Mountain Lake, also known as Long Lake, is 93 kilometres long, and is the largest naturally-formed lake in southern Saskatchewan. It is a prairie lake formed from glaciation 11,000 years ago.

Resort communities such as Kannata Valley, Arlington Beach, Grandview Beach, Eldora Beach, Regina Beach, Saskatchewan Beach, Buena Vista, Glen Harbour, Alice and Wee Too Beach, Colesdale Park, Spring Bay, Pelican Pointe, Sunset Cove, Island View, Etter's Beach, and Mohr's Beach are on the shores of the lake.
Numerous facilities and amenities exist around Last Mountain Lake, and beach areas are plentiful.

Our community hosts two big fishing tournaments, watch our events calendar for more information on the Regina Beach Lions Walleye Classic and the Last Mountain Fall Walleye Classic.  Last Mountain Lake is also one of the best ice fishing lakes in the west.
