NOTICE OF TENDER

Caretaker Contract(s)

 

The Town of Regina Beach will be accepting tenders for the

Town Office Caretaker and Primary Health Care Centre Caretaker

contract position(s) that would begin on March 1, 2026.

 

This is a contract position that may hold the contract for both locations or for either one, and the individual(s) will be responsible to liability insurance, payroll deductions for themselves and/or employees they hire.

 

Contract term is for a two-year term:

March 1, 2026 to February 29, 2028

 

            To be considered, ALL tenders must include the following:

·         Name, address, telephone number and email address of the individual(s) or business that will enter the contractual relationship if awarded and their signature on the submission.

·         Confirmation that you have read and understand the responsibilities of the Caretaker contract within the sample contract(s) provided.

·         Clearly state the MONTHLY fee for the service required on the Caretaker Contract(s), showing a sub-total before taxes and final total including taxes.

·         Clearly state, separately, any additional fees or special services that would not be included in the monthly fee for service.

·         Include an hourly rate with any requirements for any addition cleaning the Town may request for the Primary Health Care Centre.

 

The Town of Regina Beach requires that the successful candidate(s) to supply and maintain a satisfactory criminal record check for the term of the contract.

 

Candidates should submit their sealed tender by 4:00 p.m. on Thursday February 5, 2026, clearly marked CARETAKER TENDER to the desk of:

NOTE: To receive a copy of the sample contract(s) or for further information please contact the Town Office at 306-729-2202 or stop into the Town Office during regular hours (8:30 am to 4:30 pm).  The Town of Regina Beach is not responsible for any costs associated with the preparation of the tender bid and reserves the right to not award the Tender to the lowest bidder or award the contract.  The Tenders will not be opened publicly however they will be awarded at the public meeting on Tuesday February 10, 2026.
