• Domestic garbage collection day begins at 7:00 a.m. and may be collected any time during that working day.
• Please ensure your garbage is out by 7:00 a.m. on collection days.
  
  

Collection occurs on the following weekly schedule:

• Monday – Centre St. & West side of town
• Tuesday – East side of town
• Friday – Businesses

*If garbage pick-up day falls on a long weekend, the collection day moves to the following day.

 
Please be reminded of the following rules:

• Garbage should be kept in an enclosed box or can, fly-proof and water-tight container. No loose garbage is accepted.
• A maximum of 4 garbage bags are allowed, each no more than 35 lbs in weight. Any extra are the responsibility of the homeowner to dispose of at the Waste Management Site.
• Removal of brush and bulk refuse is the responsibility of the landowner to dispose of at the Waste Management Site, and should not be allowed to accumulate for any longer than two weeks at a time.

Curbside Recycling Pick Up  

Loraas Disposal collects the town’s recycling every two weeks. On pick-up days just place your recycling at the edge of your property & Loraas Disposal will do the rest.

Please ensure your bins are placed at the end of your driveway, or walkway in front of your yard.

It’s important to recycle instead of disposing everything in landfills as it helps divert waste from the landfill.

• Please note that glass jars are currently not being accepted for curbside pickup.

Blue Bin Recycling
The Town also has two Blue Bins for your recycling convenience.  These bins are located at the Town Shop on 2nd Street W, and in the parking lot by the Regina Beach Fire Department/Water Treatment Plant.
