Online Credit Card Payment

The Town of Regina Beach is now accepting online invoice payments with select credit cards through the secure OptionPay System (with applicable third party fees).  Payments for certain Town services may be paid by credit card online in addition to the previously offered option to pay directly through internet banking. Some services must be paid in person at the Municipal Office as the invoice may need to be customized to your unique needs for service. 

OptionPay uses a tiered fee schedule with a minimum fee of $2.00. Please visit the OptionPay’s fee schedule for more information.

Services Currently Offered on OptionPay

In order to make your payments online, there are some required numbers on your notices/bills that you will need. Choose the service type below for instructions on how to find those numbers required to make your payments.

Utility Payments

In order to pay your Utility Bill using OptionPay, you need the UTILITY ACCOUNT NUMBER. This can be found on your utility bill. If you have questions about your utility invoice, please contact  or call 306-729-2202. Payments using an online service may take up to 3 business days to process, please allow plenty of time before the due date to avoid interest fees.

Property Tax Payment
In order to pay your Property Tax bill using OptionPay, you will need the ROLL NUMBER when entering payment information for your property taxes. This can be found on your tax notice. If you have questions about your property tax notice please email  or call 306-729-2202. Payments using an online service amy take up to 3 business days to process, please allow plenty of time before the due date to avoid interest fees.
Accounts Receivable

In order to make a payment for an Accounts Receivable invoice, please include the INVOICE NUMBER. If you have questions about an Accounts Receivable (A/R) invoice, please email or call 306-729-2202. Payments using an online service may take up to 3 business days to process, please allow plenty of time.

Building/Development

In order to make a payment for a Building/Development Permit, you will be asked for a DESCRIPTION when entering information for your permit. Please provide the TYPE OF PERMIT, CIVIC ADDRESS & LAST NAME (ie., Development/123 Street/Smith). If you have questions about your permit, please contact the office at 306-729-2202 or . Payments using an online service may take up to 3 business days to process, please allow plenty of time.

Bylaw Fines

In order to make a payment for a Bylaw Fine, please include the FINE NUMBER when entering information for your payment. Payments using an online service may take up to 3 business days to process, please allow plenty of time.

Services What is OptionPay?

Is there an added fee for using OptionPay to pay my Town bills with my credit card?

Yes. All transactions carried out through OptionPay follow a tiered fee schedule, starting at a minimum of $2.00. To see the full schedule for using this payment option, please visit their fee schedule here.

Why is there an added fee to pay with credit card?

The fees are administered through the OptionPay program for the use of their service and not through the Town of Regina Beach.

Is my credit card/information secure with this program?

OptionPay provides information on their security measures here. Please note that the Town of Regina Beach takes no responsibility for, and accepts no liability, in the event of security breaches, technical difficulties, or other issues that may arise from your use of OptionPay. All users accept responsibility for their use of this service and do so at their own risk.
