Halloween 2020
Due to COVID-19 Parks & Rec will be offering orange flags for placement at the front of yards to show Trick or Treaters that your house is offering treats.
If a home has an orange flag you will know treats are being handed out at that home.
Please respect the homew without flags or homes where the lights may be off.
Flags can be picked up at the Town of Regina Beach or Village of Buena Vista offices during regular office hours.
