NOTICE
TOWN OF REGINA BEACH
Public notice is hereby given that the Council of the Town of Regina Beach intends to adopt a bylaw under The Planning and Development Act, 2007 to amend Bylaw No. 11/2021, known as the Zoning Bylaw
INTENT and REASON:
The proposed bylaw will address the administrative change to wording in Section 16.2.4 from “may” to “shall” in order to satisfy the condition placed on the Town of Regina Beach to require flood studies where the elevation cannot be provided by the Saskatchewan Water Security Agency, as per the condition of approval of Zoning Bylaw 11/2021 from the approving authority, Community Planning Branch of the Ministry of Government Relations.
PUBLIC INSPECTION:
Any person may inspect the Bylaw at the Town of Regina Beach office between 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Mondays to Fridays, excluding statutory holidays. Copies are available at cost.
PUBLIC HEARING:
Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 13, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. at Memorial Hall, 101 Centre St., in person or via zoom to hear any person or group that wants to comment on the proposed bylaw. Council will consider comments received at the hearing. In lieu of attendance, this may also be done through written submission. Submissions can be sent:

Written submissions must be received by 4:00 pm December 12, 2022, for consideration.
