The process of creating a new Official Community Plan and Zoning Bylaw began a few years back to update the documents adopted in 2005. These two documents are major planning documents that the province requires every municipality to have in place and they guide current and future land development within municipal boundaries.

It is now time to engage you, the public, once again for feedback and input as the Council seeks to finalize the updated Official Community Plan and Zoning Bylaw. Click HERE for the draft documents for public review and comment prior to initiating the formal adoption process to be in line with this Council's mission to promote open, transparent, and effective communication between the municipality and its ratepayers. These have major impact on building and development on your property within your community, please take some time to review!
