Water Disruption Update - PDWA All of Regina Beach
- Water main break has been repaired.
- Water service has been reinstated.
- Full water pressure may take up to a day to return due to the large outage area.
- There will be air in the water lines, causing burps and air pockets in your running water. Leave taps slightly open until all air is removed from your system and continuous water is running normal again.
- If your water has become cloudy, it will clear. Please allow water to run until you see that is runs clear. This is a perfectly normal, expected condition after large water main breaks.
- Normal water conditions may take 24-48 hours to fully return.
- The PDWA (boil water advisory) is in effect for the entire town and will remain in effect until further notice. It will be removed at a later date, and this is determined by the Water Security Agency. Regina Beach town office will be notified when the PDWA is lifted, and this will be made public immediately.
Thank you for your patience as we work hard to restore critical services.
